DEFINITIONS:

In the following Standard Terms of Trading and Quotations ("this Contract"), "the Company" shall mean Fantech Pty Ltd (ACN 005 434 024), and "the Buyer" shall mean the person or entity purchasing "the goods", being the goods the subject of this Contract.
