Brad’s career at Fantech began in 1985 on the factory floor as a first-year sheet-metal apprentice. His skills and dedication saw him progress through roles in Production, Purchasing, and Production Management, before stepping into his current position as Operations Director in 2012.

Throughout his career, Brad has played a pivotal role in some of Fantech’s biggest milestones. He was a driving force behind three major expansions, none bigger than the significant move to Vision Street Dandenong South Victoria. He also oversaw the introduction of Lean Manufacturing principles and a paperless factory system. Looking ahead, he’s excited about the future and how new technologies will continue to drive Fantech’s growth and innovation.

During his time, Brad has stayed true to the values that define Fantech: respect, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. His passion for the industry and dedication to the team continue to inspire those around him.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys tinkering in the garage, restoring old cars, and putting his welding and metal-forming skills to good use. He also enjoys catching a game of cricket or AFL with family and friends.
